Are you having problems when trying to enter to Smartbrain Web?
Check this points:
Make sure with the person who has given you your username and password (your tutor, your administrator or Smartbrain), that they are correct and active. In case they are not you will get an "Acces denied" error code.
If your username and password are correct but you don’t get through the entry page, make sure your web browser accepts the pop-ups coming from Smartbrain
If after entering your username and password you get a blank page, make sure your web browser has the latest version of Flash Player, that you can download for free from: www.adobe.com
If after entering your username and password you get a blanck page with the mouse pointer (with a hand shape), make sure the internet address of the page where you are entering your keys starts with HTTP:// instead of HTTPS:// (without the "S")
