Prices of suscribing a license for using Smartbrain Web

The cost of use of Smartbrain Web is variable, as it depends on the number of users and the time they use it, in a SaaS mode (software as a service)

When you suscribe a license for using Smartbrain Web you don´t pay nothing up front, and you receive the username and password keys that allow you to enter into the program as the administrator of the license. The administrator can then register into the program as many tutors as he/she wishes, without limitation. The tutors can then register into the program their users (the patients), also without limitation, and define for them their respective personalized stimulation plans. The administrator, the tutors and the users can access the program anywher and anytime, 24h x 7d.

From that moment the cost of using Smartbrain Web is calculated monthly applying these rates:

• Cost for the use of the program done by the administrator: 0 euros
• Cost for the use of the program done by the tutors: 0 euros
• Cost for the use of the program done by the users (the patients): 1.5 euros/user/month + 1 euro/hour of use

In the case of buying the installation of the program you cannot only choose the number of users with whom you will use it, but also the time duration of the license, for 1, 2 or 3 years, which allows you to adjust your investment to the expected use of the program, with these prices:

These prices are set in euros, ex-VAT and without handling charges. They result in monthly per-user costs that make of Smartbrain Home and Smartbrain Multi a very affordable option offering a great value for your money.

• Adaptation of the number of users: With the renewal of the license you can change the number of users allowed with your installation, to adjust your investment to your real need. And remember that the users are interchangeable.
• Update of the version and contents of the program: When you renew your installation you receive a new disc or download featuring all the improvements and updates done into the program unti that moment.
• Without any obligation: At the end of the time period of the license purchased there is no obligation to renew it.
